Last night, two of Eben’s staff presented an outline of the 12 classes to be presented on the topic of Tech Tools. They include such things as setting up your blog (which I already know), doing an online survey (which I have done but not too effectively), creating a website (which I have done many times), making a downloadable eBook (zowie), putting stats and analytics on your site, creating a membership site (another zowie), setting up a mailing list and autoresponder, setting up a landing page, hosting a live webinar online (woot!), setting up a social media presence (I’ve sorta done that with facebook.com/exploringnewmedia and twitter.com/xplorenewmedia), creating a shopping cart and affiliate program, and using press releases to reach new customers.
Wow, so much to absorb over the next 12 weeks. Wish I could just slurp it all up right now. Mmmmmm. Tasty.
Now back to my WoW research on Jewelcrafting. More mmmmmm.
