Great Customer Service from Sleep Comfort

Not exactly exploring new media with this post but I feel good about this and don’t have anywhere else to post it at the moment.

A few years ago, my wife and I bought a Sleep Comfort bed. It has been super. Good nights of sleep. Adjustable whenever. Dual controls.

On a couple of occasions, entropy has reared its ugly head and things went wrong. On those occasions, I called the Sleep Comfort company, talked to knowledgeable, polite customer service representatives who diagnosed the problem and sent me (at no charge) replacement parts.

This last time around, they replaced the wired controller units with the latest wireless controller.

Hats off to Sleep Comfort.
